Cosmopolitan events: 50 Shades of Lingerie and more
We've both been super busy starting our new-post uni lives as well as getting up to other exciting things so a catch up on everything we have been up to is well overdue. Time has flown so quickly! Looking back on the blog and our inter-railing trip it is safe to say I'm just a little bit sad that it's all over. But thankfully we have bigger and better trips in the plans for this summer so in the mean time I want to write about a few events I've been too. First up... 50 shades of Lingerie! If you don't want to see model's in underwear look away now...

I ♥ Croatia - Korcula & Ending In Luxury In Dubrovnik
This post has been incredibly delayed, so delayed that you would be forgiven for thinking that it was never coming. Sorry about that. BUT it is here now and we're about to share a whole lot of Croatian beauty and luxury with you. Believe me this place is worth a visit and hopefully the post will have been worth the wait too.
Writing this is making me miss every minute of the trip and there couldn't have been a more perfect place or way to end it. Croatia is beautiful; the water is clear, the towns are beautiful with cobbled streets and something hidden behind every corner and the scenery is breathtaking.

Hvar - Boat Trips, Sunsets And Bars
Throughout our trip people have been absolutely raving about Hvar to us, but it has been such a variety of people, from an elderly lady on the train saying how beautiful it is to groups of young people dubbing it a party island. It was really hard to picture how this all fit together we had conjured up images of this woman in Ibiza and it just wasn't working! But as we arrived all our questions were answered..

Zagreb, Plitvice Lakes and Split!
Zagreb, Plitvice National Park and Split was done in our whistle-stop tour tradition, but this time cramming in 3 places into 48 hours. As all three are pretty big locations when people travel to Croatia it was only fair we did them all. Read more...

Budapest: Sziget Festival, Bastille and The Baths
The long awaited stop on our trip arrived. We had heard so much good stuff about Budapest's nightlife, young people and the warm baths. With this in mind we stayed for a well-needed 3 night stay so we could explore more and not have to cram everything into a day. Find out what we got up to...

Vienna: Culture & Karaoke
Day 1:
As always, we arrived in Vienna quite late and so quickly dropped our things off at the hostel and went on a hunt for food. This turned out to be harder to find than imagined as lots of places were closed because they were all on holiday too! After a short walk we ended up in a little restaurant where we couldn't decide if the decor was intentionally factory like or just in the middle of a renovation... either way the burgers were amazing and huge and it was exactly what we needed.
We then headed back to the hostel where we met a guy called Andy who had decided to travel a bit after a stag do. Looking all sad alone at the bar we invited him to come and do karaoke with us... turns out Andy was kind of a karaoke queen!

Klagenfurt
Having arrived late because we missed our bus (oops!) we decided to just go out for a nice meal and then plan our next day wisely as we were supposed to be leaving just after lunch and wanted to make the most of our time.
The food here was great and cheaper than in previous locations, we ate near the university in one of the local pizzerias which had a really cool ski cabin type feel to it. We stayed at the All You Need hotel and even though it didn't have ALL we needed (somewhere we could upload our photos from the camera!) it was a really great hotel with comfy beds, the biggest showers and breakfast included, yum.
